Safety Information

• WARNING: NEVER leave your shelter unattended.
• Take down the gazebo before a major storm, strong winds, or heavy rain rolls through.
• Always mount the gazebo to the ground using the provided stakes and ropes to ensure stability.
• Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged during setup to prevent collapse.
• Keep children and pets away from the gazebo during assembly and disassembly.
• Do not use open flames or heating devices inside or near the gazebo.
• Distribute weight evenly if hanging anything from the frame.

Setup Instructions

Assembly typically requires two people for ease and safety.

1. Unpack and Position: Remove the folded gazebo frame from the wheeled carry bag. Place the frame in the desired location, ensuring ample space for expansion.
2. Expand the Frame: With a person at opposite corners, gently pull the frame outwards until it is partially expanded. Do not force it.
3. Attach Canopy Cover: Drape the canopy cover over the partially expanded frame. Ensure the corners and peak align correctly. Secure the canopy to the frame using the hook-and-loop fasteners or ties provided.
4. Fully Extend Frame: Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully extended and the top locking mechanisms click into place.
5. Adjust Height: Press the push-button on each leg to adjust the height to one of the three available settings. Ensure all legs are locked at the same height for stability.

6. Attach Mesh Sidewalls: If desired, attach the mesh sidewalls to the gazebo frame using the integrated zippers and hook-and-loop fasteners.
7. Secure with Weight Bags: Fill the four leg weight bags with approximately 21 lbs of water or 28 lbs of sand each. Attach one filled weight bag to the base of each leg for added stability.
8. Anchor with Ropes and Stakes: Use the provided guy ropes and ground stakes to firmly anchor the gazebo to the ground. Attach ropes to the canopy corners and stake them into the ground at an angle.

Operating Instructions

The Outsunny Pop Up Gazebo is designed for temporary outdoor shelter. It provides UV50+ protection from the sun and can offer protection from light rain.

• Sun Protection: The UV50+ rated canopy effectively blocks harmful UV rays, providing a shaded area for relaxation or activities.
• Airflow: The double-tier roof design promotes airflow, reducing heat buildup under the canopy.
• Water Drainage: The canopy features drain holes to prevent water from accumulating on the roof during light rainfall.
• Insect Protection: Utilize the mesh sidewalls to create an enclosed space, protecting against insects while maintaining ventilation.

Maintenance

• Cleaning Canopy: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely before folding and storing.
• Frame Care: Inspect the alloy steel frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. The frame is powder-coated for resistance to water and warping. Clean with a damp cloth as needed.
• Storage: When not in use, or during adverse weather conditions, disassemble the gazebo and store it in its wheeled carry bag in a dry, protected area.

• Component Check: Regularly check all ropes, stakes, and fasteners for wear and tear. Replace any damaged components to ensure continued stability and safety.
