Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Twist the top section of the mill counter-clockwise to separate it from the transparent spice chamber.
2. Insert 4 x AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Align the top section with the spice chamber and twist clockwise to secure.

2. Filling the Mills

1. Unscrew the transparent spice chamber from the main body of the mill.
2. Fill the chamber with your desired dry salt crystals or whole peppercorns. Do not overfill.
3. Screw the transparent spice chamber back onto the main body until securely fastened.

Operating Instructions

1. Grinding Spices

• Remove the base cap from the bottom of the mill.
• Hold the mill over your food or dish.
• Press and hold the button located on the top of the mill to activate the grinding mechanism. The built-in LED light will illuminate during operation.
• Release the button to stop grinding.

2. Adjusting Coarseness

• Locate the adjustable knob at the bottom of the mill, above the grinding mechanism.
• Turn the knob clockwise for a finer grind.
• Turn the knob counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
• Test the grind setting on a plate before applying to food.

Maintenance and Care

1. Cleaning

• Wipe the exterior of the mill with a soft, damp cloth to remove fingerprints and dust.
• The transparent spice chamber can be rinsed under running water. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
• Do not immerse the main body (motor unit) in water or place it in a dishwasher.
• Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling and storing.

2. Refilling
