Operating Instructions

Converting from Sofa to Bed:

This sofa features a convertible design, allowing it to transform into a temporary double bed.

  1. Adjusting the Backrest: The backrest has a 3-position adjustable mechanism, allowing for angles up to 180°. You can recline the left or right side independently to suit different preferences.
  2. Folding Down: To convert to a bed, gently push the backrest forward slightly, then recline it fully backward until it lies flat, forming the bed surface.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your sofa bed, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: For general cleaning, vacuum regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris.
  • Spot Cleaning: For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub. For stubborn stains, use a mild fabric cleaner specifically designed for upholstery, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fabric fading. Position your sofa bed away from direct sunlight or use curtains/blinds.
  • Protect from Pets: Pet claws can damage upholstery. Consider using protective covers if you have pets.
  • Leg Maintenance: Periodically check and tighten the beech wood legs to ensure stability.
