Setup
1. Battery Charging and Installation
Ensure the 56V 4.0Ah ARC Lithium battery is fully charged using the included 320W charger before first use. To install, align the battery with the Power Head's battery slot and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.

2. Attaching the Power Head and Attachments
The Power Head (PH1420) is designed for quick and secure attachment of various EGO Multi-Head tools. To attach the 16-inch String Trimmer (STA1600) or 8-inch Edger (EA0820):
- Align the shaft of the desired attachment with the coupling on the Power Head.
- Push the attachment shaft into the coupling until the locking button on the Power Head engages with the hole on the attachment shaft.
- Tighten the coupling knob securely to prevent movement during operation.

3. Handle and Strap Adjustment
Adjust the quick-release adjustable handle on the Power Head for optimal comfort and control. The included shoulder strap can be attached to the designated hook on the shaft to distribute weight and reduce fatigue during extended use.
Operating Instructions
1. Power Head Operation
The Power Head features a digital two-speed selector and indicator. Use the variable speed trigger with a lock-off lever for added safety and precise control over the tool's speed.
2. 16-inch Carbon Fiber String Trimmer (STA1600)
The string trimmer attachment features a lightweight and durable carbon fiber shaft. Its 16-inch cutting swath is efficient for trimming. The POWERLOAD technology allows for automatic line winding: simply feed the line through the head, press a button, and the tool automatically winds the line.

3. 8-inch Carbon Fiber Edger (EA0820)
The edger attachment also features a lightweight and durable carbon fiber shaft. It includes an 8-inch edger blade and a guide wheel with a depth adjustment knob. This allows for quick and easy adjustments to customize your edge to a depth of up to 3 inches.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
