2. Robot Placement on Table

The NOVA S Pro is designed for versatile placement on your table tennis surface. For standard programmed drills, place the robot at the end of the table, ensuring its back end aligns with the table's end line and the robot's center aligns with the table's center line. For near-net programmed drills, position the robot closer to the net, aligning the ball export portal with the net.

Troubleshooting

  • Robot Not Powering On: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the robot and a working power outlet. Check the power switch on the rear of the robot.
  • Remote/App Connectivity Issues:
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
    • Double-check that the robot's indicator light is flashing yellow, indicating it's in connection mode.
    • Restart both the robot and your control device (remote or smartphone).
  • Balls Not Feeding/Jamming:
    • Verify that only 40mm+ table tennis balls are being used.
    • Check the ball hopper for any obstructions or misaligned balls.
    • Clean the ball throwing wheels and internal mechanisms to remove any accumulated dust or debris.
  • Inconsistent Ball Trajectory/Spin:
    • Ensure the robot is placed correctly on the table according to the setup instructions.
    • Check the app or remote settings to confirm the desired spin, speed, and frequency parameters are correctly set.
    • Perform a calibration if available in the remote/app settings.
