2. Safety Instructions

Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the appliance to prevent injury or damage. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the appliance. Do not use extension cords. Always plug into a grounded outlet. Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.

4. Setup and Installation

The YITAHOME Commercial Ice Maker features an easy-to-install split design for convenient assembly.

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage.
2. Placement: Choose a location with adequate space for ventilation. Ensure the surface is level and stable. The unit features adjustable height feet (3.9" - 4.7") for precise leveling.
3. Assembly: Position the ice-making head unit securely on top of the ice storage bin.
4. Water Connection:
   • Connect the water inlet pipe to a potable water supply and the designated "Ice-making inlet" on the machine.
   • Install the included water filter in line with the water inlet to ensure clean ice production.
   • Connect the water outlet pipe (blue) from the "Compressor Water Outlet" to a suitable drain.
   • Connect the drain hose from the bottom of the ice bin to a floor drain or larger drainage system.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 110V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The ice maker features an advanced control panel for easy operation.

Control Panel Functions:

• On/Off Button: Press to turn the ice maker on or off.
• Clean/De-icing Button: Initiates the automatic cleaning cycle (approx. 20 minutes) or de-icing function.
• Timer Button: Press to set a timer for scheduled operation. Long press for 3 seconds to enter scheduled boot mode.
• Timer +/- Buttons: Adjust the timer settings or ice thickness. Use '+' for thicker ice and '-' for thinner ice.
• Temperature Display: Shows the current internal temperature.
• Indicators:

Automatic Cleaning:

The machine features an automatic cleaning function. To activate, press the "Clean/De-icing" button on the control panel. The cleaning cycle typically takes about 20 minutes.
