Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Avantree Audition 3 headphones, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep the headphones and charging dock clean and dry.
  • Wipe surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture.
  • Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the headphones to strong impacts.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.

Troubleshooting

No Sound / Pairing Issues

  • Ensure the headphones are charged and powered on.
  • Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red).
  • Move the headphones closer to your device to rule out range issues.
  • Forget "Avantree Audition 3" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
  • If connecting to a TV, confirm the TV's Bluetooth is active and correctly configured for audio output.

Charging Problems

  • Ensure the Type C charging cable is securely connected to both the dock and a functional power source.
  • Check that the headphones are correctly seated on the wireless charging dock and the charging contacts align.
  • Try a different USB port or power adapter to rule out faulty connections.

Poor Audio Quality

  • Ensure there are no physical obstructions between the headphones and the connected device.
  • Reduce the distance between the headphones and the device to improve signal strength.
  • Check the audio source for quality issues or try playing audio from a different source.
  • If using the 3.5mm AUX connection, ensure the cable is fully inserted and undamaged.
