4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your filling machine for first use:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, level, and clean surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for operation and ventilation.
- Assemble Stand: Attach the height-adjustable stand to the main unit as per the included diagrams (if applicable, otherwise assume pre-assembled or simple attachment). Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Connect Inlet Pipe: Connect the inlet pipe to the designated inlet port on the gear pump. Secure it with the provided clamps or fittings. Place the other end of the inlet pipe into your liquid supply container.
- Connect Outlet Pipe and Nozzle: Attach the outlet pipe to the outlet port of the gear pump. Secure it. Then, attach one of the provided nozzles to the end of the outlet pipe. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into the machine's power input, then into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
The VEVOR Honey Filling Machine features an intelligent digital control system for precise and automatic filling.
5.1 Control Panel Overview
Familiarize yourself with the control panel (refer to Figure 5.1) which includes a digital display, numerical keypad, and function buttons for setting parameters and controlling the filling process.

Figure 5.1: Intelligent Weighing System Control Panel.
5.2 Setting Filling Quantity
- Power On: Turn on the machine using the main power switch. The digital display will illuminate.
- Input Desired Quantity: Using the numerical keypad, input the desired filling quantity in grams (g) or pounds (lbs) within the 50-5000g (0.11-11 lbs) range.
- Confirm Setting: Press the "SET" or equivalent button to confirm your input. The machine is now ready for automatic operation.
5.3 Filling Process
- Place Container: Place the empty container (bottle, jar, etc.) onto the weighing platform directly beneath the nozzle. The machine will automatically deduct the tare weight of the container.
- Initiate Filling: The machine will automatically begin filling once the container is detected and stable on the platform.
- Automatic Stop: The filling process will automatically stop once the set quantity is reached.
- Remove Container: Carefully remove the filled container. The machine is now ready for the next container.
Note: For highly viscous liquids, the flow rate may be slightly slower than the maximum 2L/min. The machine is designed to handle liquids like honey, pear paste, and sesame sauce efficiently.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and hygienic operation of your filling machine.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, especially when changing liquids or at the end of the day, clean the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and nozzle. The hoses are easily accessible for disassembly.
- Disassembly for Cleaning: Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses from the machine. Rinse them thoroughly with warm water, and if necessary, use a mild, food-safe cleaning solution. Ensure all liquid residue is removed.
- Machine Body Cleaning: Wipe down the Q235B cold-rolled plate casing with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface. Ensure no liquid enters the control panel or electrical components.
- Drying: Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling or storing the machine. This prevents bacterial growth and corrosion.
- Storage: Store the machine in a clean, dry, and dust-free environment when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For problems not listed here, contact VEVOR customer support.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on. | No power supply; loose power cord; faulty outlet. | Check power cord connection; try a different outlet; ensure power switch is ON. |
| Pump not drawing liquid. | Inlet pipe not submerged; air in the pump; pipe blockage; liquid too viscous. | Ensure inlet pipe is fully submerged; prime the pump (if applicable); check for blockages; dilute liquid if possible or use a larger nozzle. |
| Inaccurate filling quantity. | Weighing platform unstable; tare weight not reset; air bubbles in liquid; incorrect setting. | Ensure platform is stable and clean; reset tare weight before each fill; ensure liquid is free of large air bubbles; re-enter desired quantity. |
| Liquid leakage. | Loose connections; damaged pipes/nozzles. | Tighten all pipe and nozzle connections; inspect pipes and nozzles for cracks or damage and replace if necessary. |
| Slow filling speed. | Liquid too viscous; pipe/nozzle blockage; pump issue. | This is normal for very thick liquids; check for blockages; contact support if pump performance is significantly degraded. |
