Setup
Charging the Devices and Case
Before first use, fully charge both finger vibrators and the charging case. The included magnetic USB charging cable can be used for both.
- Connect the magnetic USB charging cable to the charging port on each finger vibrator individually to charge them directly.
- Alternatively, place the finger vibrators into the charging case.
- Connect the magnetic USB charging cable to the charging port on the case. The case will charge itself and the vibrators stored inside.
- Ensure the charging indicator light on the case or vibrator illuminates to confirm charging is active.

Operating Instructions
Using the Silicone Sleeves
For intuitive exploration and comfortable use, place each vibrator into a supple silicone sleeve.
- Gently insert the vibrator into the opening of the silicone sleeve.
- Ensure the vibrator is securely seated within the sleeve.
- Slip the sleeve onto your fingertip.

Single Button Control
Each vibrator features a single button for control.
- Press the button on the base of each vibrator to turn it on and cycle through 10 exciting vibration patterns.
- Press and hold the button to turn the vibrator off.

Remote Control via Charging Case
The charging case doubles as a wireless remote to control both vibrators simultaneously.
- Ensure both vibrators are powered on and within range of the charging case.
- Press the button on the side of the charging case to control both vibrators simultaneously, cycling through their vibration patterns.
Maintenance
Cleaning
The Hello Touch Pro vibrators and silicone sleeves are made from hygienic silicone and are splashproof (IPX6 rated) for easy cleaning.
- Clean the vibrators and silicone sleeves with warm water and a mild soap or a toy cleaner after each use.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing.
- Do not submerge the charging case in water. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
Storage
Store the Hello Touch Pro in its charging case in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect to the magnetic USB cable or place in the charged case.
- Vibrations are weak: Recharge the device. Low battery can result in weaker vibrations.
- Remote control not working: Ensure both vibrators are charged and powered on. Make sure they are within close proximity to the charging case.
- Difficulty inserting vibrators into sleeves: Ensure sleeves are dry. A small amount of water-based lubricant can assist if needed.
