Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Clean: Before first use, wash all removable parts (juice container, sieve, press cones) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
3. Assemble:
   1. Place the juice container onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
   2. Insert the pulp control sieve into the juice container.
   3. Select the appropriate press cone (small for lemons/limes, large for oranges/grapefruits) and place it onto the shaft in the center of the sieve.
4. Position: Place the assembled juicer on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (120V).

Operating Instructions

The LEBENLANG Citrus Juicer features an automatic start-stop function, activating when pressure is applied to the press cone.

1. Prepare Fruit: Cut citrus fruits in half.
2. Adjust Pulp Control: Rotate the pulp control sieve to your desired setting for more or less pulp. The sieve allows you to customize the juice consistency.

3. Juice Extraction: Place a fruit half onto the selected press cone and apply gentle downward pressure. The motor will automatically start rotating the cone to extract juice.

4. Release Pressure: Once the juice is extracted, release pressure, and the motor will stop automatically.
5. Serve: The juice will collect in the transparent container. Use the integrated spout to pour juice directly into a glass. The drip-stop function prevents spills when not pouring.

6. Continuous Juicing: Continue with additional fruit halves until the desired amount of juice is collected or the container reaches its maximum fill line.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

1. Disassemble: Remove the press cone, pulp control sieve, and juice container from the motor base.
2. Wash Removable Parts: The juice container, sieve, and press cones are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand in warm, soapy water using a soft brush to remove any pulp residue. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
4. Dry: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer.
5. Storage: Store the juicer in a clean, dry place. You may use the dust cover to protect it.
