3. Setup Instructions
The Outsunny pop-up canopy tent is designed for quick setup by two people without the need for additional tools.
- Open the Frame: With a person on each side, gently pull the frame outwards until it begins to expand. Avoid forcing the frame.
- Assemble the Canopy Top: Place the canopy fabric over the partially opened frame. Secure the corners of the fabric to the frame.
- Adjust the Height: Fully extend the frame. Use the push-button height settings on each leg to raise the canopy to your desired level. Ensure all four legs are locked into place at the same height.
- Add the Sides: Attach the sidewall to the frame using the integrated fasteners.
- Secure the Canopy: Use the provided ground stakes to anchor the legs to the ground. Fill the sandbags with sand and attach them to the legs for additional stability. Utilize the guy ropes by attaching them to the canopy corners and staking them into the ground at an angle.

4. Operating Instructions
This canopy tent is designed for temporary outdoor shelter and provides protection from sun and light weather conditions.
- Height Adjustment: The canopy features a 3-level adjustable height mechanism. To adjust, locate the push-buttons on each leg. Press the button and slide the leg to the desired height, ensuring it locks securely into place. Always adjust all four legs evenly.
- Weather Resistance: The canopy top is made from UV30+ Oxford fabric, which blocks approximately 90% of harmful UV rays. It also includes 8 drainage holes to prevent water accumulation during light rain.
- Airflow: A vented top design promotes air circulation, contributing to a cooler interior.
- Sidewall Use: The included sidewall can be attached to provide additional shade or privacy as needed.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps prolong the life of your canopy tent.
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Wipe down the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Inspect for any signs of rust or damage.
- Storage: Ensure the canopy fabric and frame are completely dry before folding and storing them in the carry bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all components, including fabric, frame, stakes, ropes, and sandbags, for wear, tear, or damage. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
6. Troubleshooting
Common issues and their solutions:
- Canopy is unstable: Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked. Verify that ground stakes, guy ropes, and sandbags are properly deployed and secured. Do not use in high winds.
- Water pooling on canopy top: Check that the canopy fabric is taut and properly secured to the frame. Ensure the frame is fully extended and at an even height. The drainage holes should prevent significant pooling in light rain.
- Difficulty extending/retracting frame: Ensure no fabric or debris is caught in the frame joints. Apply light pressure evenly from both sides when expanding or collapsing. Do not force the frame.
