- NOT Compatible: Oticon Intent and all Oticon BTE (Behind-The-Ear) type hearing aids (including More, Real, Zircon, Opn S, Ruby, Play BTE models). This charger is also not compatible with hearing aids from other brands.

4. Setup and Initial Use
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the Smart Charger's internal power bank.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Charging Hearing Aids
Place your compatible Oticon miniRITE rechargeable hearing aids into the designated slots within the Smart Charger. Ensure they are seated correctly. The charger will automatically begin charging.
- Normal Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours for a full charge from a completely drained battery, providing a full day of power including streaming.
- Quick Charge: A 30-minute quick charge provides an additional six hours of power.
- Partial Charges:
- 1 hour of charging provides approximately 50% charge.
- 0.5 hours (30 minutes) of charging provides approximately 25% charge.
The Smart Charger and your hearing aids can charge simultaneously when the charger is connected to a power source.
5.2 Power Bank Function
The Smart Charger features a built-in power bank, allowing you to charge your hearing aids on the go without needing an external power outlet. This is ideal for travel.
- When disconnected from a power source, the LEDs on the back of the charger indicate the remaining power bank battery level.
- Power Bank Capacity: A fully charged Smart Charger can provide approximately three full charging cycles for two hearing aids.
- Opening the Smart Charger's lid will activate the power bank level indicators.
5.3 Drying Function
The Smart Charger automatically removes moisture build-up from your hearing aids while they are charging. This helps to keep them working optimally and extends their lifespan.
