3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Connecting the Keyboard

1. Locate the USB-C port on the back or side of the keyboard.
2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port.
3. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer (Laptop or PC).
4. The keyboard will be automatically recognized by your operating system.

3.2 Adjusting Keyboard Height

The keyboard features two-step adjustable legs on the underside. Gently flip out the desired leg height to achieve a comfortable typing angle.

4. Operating the Keyboard

4.1 Key Layout and Functionality

This 80% TKL (Tenkeyless) keyboard features 87 keys, providing a compact layout while retaining essential function keys and arrow keys. All modes support full-key rollover, ensuring every keystroke is registered accurately, even during rapid typing or complex gaming commands.

4.2 RGB Backlighting

4.3 Hot-Swappable Switches

The keyboard features hot-swappable sockets compatible with both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. This allows you to easily change switches without soldering, enabling customization of typing feel and sound.

To replace a switch:

1. Gently pull the keycap off using the provided keycap puller.
2. Use a switch puller (not included, but often comes with switch sets) to carefully remove the switch from its socket.
3. Align the pins of the new switch with the holes in the socket and press firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure pins are straight to avoid bending.
4. Replace the keycap.

4.4 Gasket Mount Design

The keyboard incorporates a gasket mount structure, which uses soft materials like silicone or foam between the plate and the PCB. This design provides a more flexible and cushioned typing experience, reducing harsh bottom-out sounds and vibrations, resulting in a softer and more pleasant acoustic profile.

4.5 PBT Keycaps

The keyboard is equipped with durable PBT keycaps. PBT plastic is known for its resistance to shine and wear over time, providing a consistent texture and appearance even with prolonged use. They are anti-sweat, non-sticky, and non-slip.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Keyboard

• Disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
• Use a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps.
• For stubborn dirt, gently remove keycaps using the provided keycap puller and clean the switch stems and plate with a soft brush or cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
• Wipe the keycaps and keyboard surface with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
• Ensure the keyboard is completely dry before reconnecting it.
