1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your REPTI ZOO 10L Reptile Misting System. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and retain it for future reference.

The REPTI ZOO 10L Reptile Misting System is designed to maintain optimal humidity levels in reptile and amphibian terrariums and enclosures. It features an ultra-quiet pump, 360-degree adjustable nozzles, a programmable timer, and an expandable system to accommodate multiple habitats.

2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure the power supply voltage matches the product's requirements (120 Volts AC).
• Do not immerse the main unit in water.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Use only purified or distilled water to prevent mineral buildup and extend product life.

4. Setup

1. Install Water Inlet Pipe: Insert the clear water inlet pipe into the designated port at the bottom of the main unit. Ensure a secure fit.
2. Assemble Water Tank: Place the main unit onto the 10L water tank. Ensure the water inlet pipe extends into the tank.
3. Mounting Options:
   • Hook Bracket: Push the hook bracket into the designated holes on the back of the water tank. This allows the unit to hang on the edge of a terrarium.
   • Suction Holder: Push the suction holder into the designated holes on the back of the water tank. This allows the unit to be secured to a smooth surface, such as the side of a glass terrarium, using the suction cups.

4. Prepare Tubing and Nozzles:
   • Cut the provided tubing to the desired lengths using the tubing cutter. Ensure cuts are clean and straight.
   • Connect the tubing to the 360-degree adjustable nozzles. Push the tubing firmly into the quick-connect fittings until secure.
   • If not using all nozzle ports, install the provided end caps on any unused ports to prevent leaks.
   • Position the nozzles inside the terrarium using the suction cups, directing them for optimal mist coverage.

5. Connect Water Pipe to Main Unit: Install the main water pipe from the nozzles directly into the brass fitting on the top of the main unit.
6. Fill Water Tank: Open the lid on the top of the main unit and pour purified or distilled water into the 10L tank. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
7. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the main unit and then plug it into a standard 120V AC outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The REPTI ZOO Misting System offers timed and adjustable misting cycles.

• Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the misting system on or off.
• Set Misting Cycle (Interval): Use the "CYCLE" button to select the misting interval (e.g., every 1H, 2H, 4H, 8H, 12H, 24H).
• Set Misting Duration: Use the "DURATION" button to set how long the misting will occur during each cycle (e.g., 15S, 30S, 60S, 120S).
• Adjust Rain System: Customize the mist flow with the adjustable rain system to suit the needs of your pet or habitat.

Tips for Removing Plugs/Hoses: If you need to remove a black plug or hose line from a fitting, press the blue part of the plug downwards, then pull out the black plug or hose. This mechanism ensures a secure connection during operation.

• Water Quality: Regularly check the water level and refill with purified or distilled water. Using tap water can lead to mineral buildup and clog nozzles.
• Nozzle Cleaning: If mist output decreases or nozzles clog, gently clean them with a soft brush and distilled water.
• Filter Maintenance: Periodically inspect and clean the filter on the suction hose to ensure optimal water flow.
• Unit Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
