2. Safety Information
- Do not attempt to open the watch case or disassemble the watch.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes.
- Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields.
- Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For water-resistant models, a damp cloth can be used, then dry thoroughly.
- Ensure the crown (if applicable) is pushed in completely after setting to maintain water resistance.
3. Digital/Analog Sports Watch Setup and Operation

3.2 Setting the Time and Date
- In normal time display mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
- Press the RESET button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Month → Date → Day of Week.
- Use the START/STOP button to adjust the flashing value.
- Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to exit setting mode.
3.3 Using the Alarm
- From normal time display, press the MODE button until the alarm time is displayed.
- Press the RESET button to select the hour or minute to set.
- Use the START/STOP button to adjust the flashing value.
- Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting mode.
- To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in alarm display mode, press the START/STOP button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear to indicate its status.
3.4 Using the Stopwatch
- From normal time display, press the MODE button until the stopwatch (00:00:00) is displayed.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the stopwatch.
- Press the START/STOP button again to pause the stopwatch.
- Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- To record split times, press RESET while the stopwatch is running. The display will show the split time while the stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press RESET again to return to the running stopwatch display.

Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display for a few seconds, making it visible in low-light conditions.
