Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly.

4.2 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, clean the frying basket and any removable accessories with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly.

4.3 Placement

Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.

4.4 First Use

During the first few uses, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and will dissipate. To minimize this, run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (356°F) before cooking food.

5. Operating Instructions

Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The appliance will beep, and the display will illuminate briefly. Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Setting Temperature and Time

  2. Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer.

The EVVO Air Fryer features 8 multifunction programs for common dishes:

  • Cupcakes
  • Dehydrate
  • Defrost

To use a preset program, press the 'M' (Mode) button repeatedly until the desired program icon is selected on the LED display. The appliance will automatically set the recommended temperature and time. You can manually adjust these settings if needed before pressing start.

5.4 Shaking Ingredients

For some recipes, especially smaller ingredients like fries, it is recommended to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and crispiness. The appliance may beep to remind you to shake the basket.

5.5 Automatic Shut-Off

The intelligent control system ensures the air fryer automatically turns off at the end of the programmed cooking time. A timer will count down, and the appliance will beep when cooking is complete. You can also manually turn off the appliance at any time by pressing the power button.

6. Cooking Tips

  • Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired temperature before adding food.
  • Oil Usage: While designed for oil-free cooking, a small amount of oil (1-2 teaspoons) can be added to some foods for extra crispiness. Use a spray bottle for even coating.
  • Food Quantity: Avoid overfilling the basket. Cook in smaller batches if necessary to ensure even air circulation and cooking.
  • Frozen Foods: Most frozen foods can be cooked directly in the air fryer. Refer to packaging for recommended temperatures and times, adjusting as needed.
  • Homemade Fries: For crispy homemade fries, soak potato sticks in cold water for 30 minutes, pat dry, then toss with a teaspoon of oil before air frying.
