Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds. The massager will start in its default massage mode.
2. Select Massage Mode: Press the 'M' (Massage Modes) button to cycle through the available massage patterns. The massager offers two types of massages: a pinch deep kneading massage and a rotating massage on the surface.
3. Activate Heat Function: Press the 'Wavy lines' (Heating Mode) button to turn on the soothing heat. Press again to turn it off. The heat function provides a gentle warmth, typically around 113°F (45°C).
4. Adjust Intensity: Press the '||' (Intensity Modes) button to select your desired massage intensity. There are two speeds available.
5. Positioning: Adjust the massager's position on your body to target specific areas. Use the hand-pull straps for precise control over pressure and location.
6. Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn off the device after use.
