1. Introduction

3. Setup Guide

1. Assemble the Feeder: Align the food tank with the base unit. Ensure it is securely locked by rotating it to the left until it clicks into place.
2. Power Supply: Connect the DC 5V adapter to the feeder and a power outlet. For backup, install 3 alkaline D-size batteries (not included) in the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. It is recommended to use both for uninterrupted feeding.
3. Fill with Food: Open the lid by releasing the double-sided buckles. Pour dry pet food (compatible with kibble less than 0.5 inch in diameter) into the transparent tank. Close the lid securely.
4. Download the App: Search for and download the "PetTech" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
5. Connect to Wi-Fi: Open the "PetTech" app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the feeder to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Smart App Control

The "PetTech" app allows you to program and monitor your pet's meals from anywhere. You can view feeding logs to ensure the dispenser is working as scheduled.

4.2 Scheduling Meals

Set up to 10 meals per day with adjustable portion sizes (1 portion = 8g). This allows for precise feeding tailored to your pet's needs.

4.3 Manual Feeding

To dispense food manually, long-press the "Feeding" button on the feeder for 3 seconds until you hear two beeping sounds. This unlocks the feeder, allowing you to press the button to dispense a single portion.

4.4 1080P HD Camera & Two-way Audio

The built-in 1080P HD camera provides a wide viewing angle, allowing you to monitor your pet. The advanced microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way audio communication. You can also record a personalized 10-second voice message that plays automatically during meal times.

4.5 Motion Detection

The feeder is equipped with motion detection. When movement is sensed, you will receive alerts on your phone, allowing you to view real-time activity. Sensitivity (high/medium/low) can be adjusted in the app.

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your feeder.

5.1 Cleaning

Except for the base unit, all other parts of the feeder can be detached for thorough cleaning. This includes the transparent food tank, grain bucket rotor, and the stainless steel bowl. All detachable parts should be hand washed only.

5.2 Food Freshness

The feeder features a quadruple sealing design, including a silicone sealing ring and double-sided buckle design, to ensure every bite is as fresh as the first. A dedicated desiccant packet can be placed in the lid to absorb moisture and prevent food spoilage.

5.3 Anti-Clog Design

The feeder incorporates a double anti-clog design with a silicone impeller for smoother distribution. In case of grain clogging, the grain bucket rotor can reverse to prevent further issues. The 45° steep slope design also aids in smooth food flow.

5.4 Double Locking Design

The feeder features a double locking design to prevent pets from accidentally touching and opening the lid. It also includes an automatic locking mechanism that engages without operation for 30 seconds, ensuring food security.
