    • Ensure all HDMI cables are HDMI 2.1 compliant and securely connected.
    • Verify that the total length of input and output HDMI cables does not exceed 3 meters (16.4 feet) each.
    • Try connecting a 5V power adapter to the switch's USB-C port, especially if using high-resolution or high-refresh-rate settings, or with longer cables.
    • Test with different HDMI cables to rule out cable issues.
    • Ensure your display device is set to the correct HDMI input.
  • Incorrect Resolution / Refresh Rate:
    • Confirm that both your source device and display device support the desired resolution and refresh rate.
    • Check the display settings on your source device to ensure it is configured correctly.
    • Use high-quality HDMI 2.1 certified cables.
  • Switch Button Not Responding:
    • Ensure the switch has sufficient power. If experiencing issues, connect external power via the USB-C port.
    • Disconnect and reconnect all HDMI cables and the power cable (if used) to reset the device.

9. Maintenance

  • Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Avoid exposing the switch to moisture or liquids.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
