1. Safety Instructions

3. Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup and assembly:

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To Start: Insert the safety key into its slot. Press the green 'ON' button.
  • To Stop: Press the red 'OFF' button. Always remove the safety key after use.

4.2 Tilting Table Adjustment

The work table can be tilted from 0 to 45 degrees for angled cuts.

  1. Loosen the table locking knob located beneath the table.
  2. Carefully tilt the table to the desired angle, using the angle scale for reference.
  3. Tighten the table locking knob securely before making any cuts.

4.3 Using the Rip Fence and Miter Gauge

  • Rip Fence: Use the rip fence for making straight, parallel cuts. Position the fence at the desired distance from the blade and lock it in place.
  • Miter Gauge: The miter gauge is used for making accurate cross-cuts and angled cuts. Insert it into the table slot and adjust to the required angle.

4.4 Cutting Operations

Always ensure the material is properly supported and guided. Feed the material slowly and steadily into the blade.

  • Straight Cuts: Use the rip fence for guiding the material.
  • Curve Cuts: For freehand curve cuts, ensure the blade guide is adjusted close to the workpiece.
  • Multi-Angle Cuts: Utilize the tilting table and/or miter gauge for precise angled cuts.
