2. Safety Information

4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly:
- Step 1: Unfold the Frame
Remove the frame from the carry bag. With a partner, pull the alloy steel frame to about 60% open. - Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top
Place the top fabric onto the partially opened frame. Secure the fabric to the frame using the attached Velcro straps. - Step 3: Extend the Frame
Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully extended. Lock the locking mechanism above each straight leg by pressing the thumb button and sliding the leg into place. - Step 4: Adjust Height
Select the desired height using the thumb button on each leg. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height for stability. - Step 5: Secure the Canopy
Use the provided ground nails and ropes to anchor the canopy securely to the ground. For additional stability, especially in windy conditions, consider using sandbags (not included unless specified in your package).

5. Operating Instructions
The COBIZI 10x10 Pop Up Canopy is designed for ease of use and versatility:
- Height Adjustment: Utilize the thumb latch lock system on each leg to easily raise or lower the canopy to one of the three available height settings. Ensure all legs are adjusted evenly.
- Shade Area: The 100 square feet of covered space can comfortably accommodate 7-10 people, making it suitable for various outdoor gatherings.
- Weather Protection: The 500D Oxford cloth with two layers of PU coating offers UPF 50+ UV protection, blocking 99% of UV rays. The heat-sealed seam technology ensures 100% waterproofing (1500mm waterproof pressure).
- Wind Resistance: The heavy-duty alloy steel frame is designed to withstand up to 4 levels of wind (less than 18 mph) when properly secured.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Fabric: Clean the canopy top cover with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach. Allow it to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Wipe down the alloy steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure the frame is dry before folding and storing to prevent rust.
- Storage: Always store the canopy in its carry bag in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the frame, fabric, ropes, and ground nails for any signs of wear or damage. Replace damaged parts as needed.
7. Troubleshooting
- Canopy not opening/closing smoothly: Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged. Check for any obstructions or bent frame parts. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to moving joints if necessary.
- Water pooling on top: Ensure the canopy is fully extended and the peak is properly raised. The design includes a higher center top to prevent water accumulation. If pooling occurs, gently push up from underneath to release water.
- Canopy unstable in wind: Verify that all ground nails are firmly in place and ropes are taut. For increased stability, use sandbags on each leg. Do not use in winds exceeding 18 mph.
- Fabric tearing or leaking: Inspect the fabric for punctures or seam damage. Small tears can often be repaired with a waterproof patch kit. If significant damage occurs, contact customer support.
