1. Introduction
The HiFiGo FX-Audio DS07 is a high-performance Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) designed to deliver exceptional audio fidelity. Featuring an ES9068AS DAC chip and XMOS XU216 USB receiver, it supports high-resolution audio formats up to DSD512 Native and PCM 768kHz. With Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs, and a comprehensive remote control, the DS07 offers versatile and precise audio decoding for your home audio system.

2. Safety Information
- Power Supply: Use only the specified power adapter (AC 100-240V). Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
- Ventilation: Do not block ventilation openings. Place the device in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.

4. Product Overview and Interface Introduction
Familiarize yourself with the various inputs, outputs, and controls of the DS07 DAC.

Front Panel:
- 1.54-inch Colorful LCD Screen: Displays current input, sampling rate, volume level, and other operational information.
- Rotary Encoder (V/M): Used for volume control and menu navigation. Press to confirm selections or switch modes.
Rear Panel:
- USB Input Interface: Connects to a computer or other USB audio source.
- Optical Input Interface: Connects to optical digital audio sources.
- Coaxial Input Interface: Connects to coaxial digital audio sources.
- Bluetooth Antenna Port: Connect the included Bluetooth antenna for wireless audio reception.

5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your DS07 DAC:
- Connect Bluetooth Antenna: Screw the provided Bluetooth antenna into the 'BT ANT' port on the rear panel.
- Connect Audio Output:
- For unbalanced connection, connect RCA cables from the DS07's 'RCA L/R' outputs to your amplifier or active speakers.
- For balanced connection, connect XLR cables from the DS07's 'XLR L/R' outputs to your amplifier or active speakers.
- Connect Audio Input: Choose one of the following input methods:
- USB: Connect a USB cable from your computer or audio source to the 'USB Input' port on the DS07.
- Optical: Connect an optical cable from your audio source to the 'Optical Input' port.
- Coaxial: Connect a coaxial cable from your audio source to the 'Coaxial Input' port.
- Bluetooth: Ensure the Bluetooth antenna is connected. You will pair your device later during operation.
- Connect Power: Connect the power cable to the AC power input on the rear panel, then plug it into a wall outlet.
- Power On: Flip the 'Power On/Off' switch on the rear panel to the 'On' position. The front display will illuminate.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Use the physical switch on the rear panel to turn the unit on or off. The remote control can also be used to put the unit into standby mode.
6.2 Input Selection
Press the 'V/M' rotary encoder on the front panel or the 'Input' button on the remote control to cycle through available inputs: USB, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth.
6.3 Volume Control
Rotate the 'V/M' encoder on the front panel clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume. Alternatively, use the volume up/down buttons on the remote control.
6.4 Bluetooth Pairing
- Select 'Bluetooth' as the input source on the DS07. The display will show 'BT' and indicate pairing mode.
- On your mobile device or computer, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select 'FX-AUDIO DS07' from the list of devices to pair.
- Once paired, the DS07 display will confirm the connection, and you can stream audio wirelessly.
6.5 Remote Control Functions
The included remote control provides full functionality for convenient operation, including input selection, volume adjustment, and standby mode. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the DS07's IR receiver.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
To clean the unit, first disconnect it from the power supply. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.
7.2 Storage
If storing the unit for an extended period, disconnect it from power and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the unit and the wall outlet.
- Check if the power switch on the rear panel is in the 'On' position.
- Try a different power outlet.
- No Sound Output:
- Verify that the correct input source is selected on the DS07.
- Check the volume level on the DS07 and your connected amplifier/speakers. Ensure it is not muted.
- Confirm that audio cables (RCA/XLR) are correctly connected to both the DS07 and your amplifier/speakers.
- For USB input, ensure the correct audio output device (DS07) is selected in your computer's sound settings.
- For optical/coaxial inputs, check the source device's output settings (e.g., PCM output, not Bitstream/Dolby Digital).
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Ensure the Bluetooth antenna is securely attached.
- Make sure the DS07 is in Bluetooth input mode.
- Delete 'FX-AUDIO DS07' from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
- Ensure your device is within range (typically up to 10 meters) and there are no significant obstructions.
- Remote Control Not Working:
- Check the battery in the remote control and replace if necessary.
- Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the DS07's IR receiver.
