4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

4.1. Install the Fan Blade Edge Cover

1. Take out a fan blade and identify its first and last ends. The three holes are for connecting the motor later.
2. Install the fan blade edge cover on the end with two holes. Insert the edge cover into the fan blade at an angle.
3. Flip the fan blade over and secure it with screws.
4. Repeat for all 6 fan blades to complete this step.

4.2. Install the Fan Blades

1. Get the motor. Take out all the screws fixing the fan blades inside the motor.
2. Insert the 3-hole end of the fan blade into the motor.
3. Reinstall the screws you just removed to secure the blade.
4. Install all 6 fan blades to the motor step by step.

4.3. Install LED Light Panel

1. First, remove one of the screws on the motor.
2. Secure the metal plate to the motor. Place the metal plate on the motor, rotate it until the screws slide into the slots, and then tighten the screws.
3. Place the LED light panel on the metal plate and connect the light wires.

4.4. Install the Downrod

1. Turn the motor over and remove the cross pin and clamp pin.
2. Get the length of downrod you need to use, then remove its cross pin and clamp pin.
3. Thread the canopy and splice closure through the downrod.
4. Pass the wire through the middle of the downrod.
5. Finally, secure the downrod to the motor port. Fix the cross pin and clamp pin.

4.5. Fix the Mounting Bracket to the Ceiling

1. Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling using appropriate screws. Ensure it is firmly attached to a structural support.

4.6. Hang the Downrod and Complete Wire Connections

1. Hang the downrod assembly onto the mounting bracket.
2. Connect the receiver wires: Connect wires of the same color together.
3. Connect the ceiling wires to the receiver wires.
4. After sorting out all the cables, put them into the mounting bracket together with the receiver.

4.7. Cover the Lampshade

1. Cover the mounting bracket and receiver with the canopy. Finally, tighten the screws to secure.
2. Cover the lampshade. This completes the ceiling fan installation.
