1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new height-adjustable desk. 4. Setup and Assembly

The assembly process for your Agilestic Electric Standing Desk is designed to be straightforward. Please follow the included installation instructions carefully. An assembly video is also available for visual guidance.

1. Unpack all components and verify against the components list.
2. Attach the lifting columns to the desktop using the provided hardware.
3. Secure the foot supports to the bottom of the lifting columns.
4. Install the control box and smart keypad to the underside of the desktop.
5. Connect all necessary cables (motor cables to control box, keypad cable to control box, power cable to control box).
6. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
7. Perform initial calibration as per the separate instruction sheet if required.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Agilestic Electric Standing Desk offers easy and precise height adjustment.

5.1 Height Adjustment

• Use the UP (▲) and DOWN (▼) buttons on the keypad to adjust the desk height.
• The desk can be adjusted smoothly between 28.3 inches (71.9 cm) and 45.7 inches (116.1 cm).
• The current height is displayed on the LED screen of the keypad.

5.2 Memory Presets

The desk allows you to save two preferred height settings for quick adjustment.

1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the UP/DOWN buttons.
2. Press and hold the "1" or "2" memory preset button until the LED display flashes or beeps, indicating the height has been saved.
3. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding memory preset button ("1" or "2"). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

5.3 Anti-Collision Technology

The desk is equipped with an anti-collision system to prevent damage or injury.

• If the desk encounters an obstacle during height adjustment (either rising or lowering), it will automatically stop and reverse approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) to avoid collision.
• After the obstacle is removed, you can resume adjustment.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Agilestic Electric Standing Desk.

• Cleaning: The desktop is made of scratch-resistant and waterproof material. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

• Motor Care: The industrial-grade motor is designed for durability, having passed 50,000 international lift tests. No specific user maintenance is required for the motor itself.

• Cable Management: Periodically check all cables for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure they are neatly organized and not pinched or stretched, especially during height adjustments. Use the included cable management hooks to keep cables tidy.
