Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

  • UPS not charging: If the battery indicator light flashes continuously when connected to the input adapter, the adapter voltage may not match the UPS voltage. Ensure you are using the provided charger or one with compatible specifications.
  • Device not powering on/off unexpectedly: Check if the connected device's current exceeds 3A. If it does, the voltage indicator light will keep flashing, and the UPS may shut down to protect itself. Reduce the load or ensure total current draw is within limits.
  • No power output from DC ports: Verify that the UPS is turned on and fully charged. Ensure the correct voltage (9V or 12V) is selected for the specific DC port.
  • Power sharing not working as expected: For 3A shared current, ensure all connected devices to DC2, DC3, and DC4 are set to the same voltage (all 9V or all 12V). If voltages differ, the maximum shared current is 2A.
