7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Stand does not power on. | Power adapter not connected, power switch off, or power outlet issue. | Ensure power adapter is securely connected and plugged into a working outlet. Verify the power switch on the stand is in the 'ON' position. |
| Stand does not rotate. | Not powered on, remote control batteries low, remote not aimed correctly, or item too heavy. | Check power connection. Replace remote batteries. Aim remote directly at the stand's sensor. Ensure the displayed item's weight does not exceed 350 lbs (158 kg). Distribute weight evenly. |
| Rotation is jerky or noisy. | Overload, uneven weight distribution, or stand not on a flat surface. | Reduce load if it exceeds 350 lbs. Redistribute the item's weight evenly on the stand. Place the stand on a completely flat and stable surface. |
| Remote control unresponsive. | Low batteries, obstruction, or out of range. | Replace remote control batteries. Ensure no obstructions between the remote and the stand's sensor. Operate within a reasonable range. |
