1. Product Overview

The EVERYGROW 22 Eggs Smart Incubator is designed for hatching various types of poultry eggs, including chicken, duck, and quail. It features automatic temperature and humidity control, automatic egg turning, and an automatic water refill function to simplify the incubation process.

2. Safety Information

• This appliance is intended for use by adults aged 18 years or older.
• Always ensure the incubator is placed on a stable, level surface.
• Do not place the incubator near a window or in direct sunlight.
• Avoid placing the incubator in areas with drafts to prevent oxygen deprivation to the eggs.
• Disconnect the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Assembly

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Place the base of the incubator on a stable surface.
3. Insert the egg turning trays into the base. The incubator includes two sizes of egg trays; choose the appropriate size for your fertilized eggs.
4. Attach the transparent cover to the base.
5. Connect the egg turning motor cable to the designated port on the top cover.
6. Connect the power adapter to the incubator and then to a power outlet.

3.2 Initial Water Filling

The incubator features an automatic water refill function. Fill the large capacity water bottle with distilled water and attach it to the external water inlet. This system automatically maintains humidity levels, reducing the need for frequent manual refills.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On and Preheating

1. Once connected to power, the incubator will automatically power on.
2. The digital display will show the current temperature and humidity.
3. Allow the incubator to preheat for at least 2-3 hours to stabilize the internal temperature and humidity before placing eggs.

4.2 Temperature and Humidity Control

• The incubator is equipped with automatic temperature and humidity control.
• Set your desired humidity level (20%-85%) using the control panel. The incubator will maintain this level automatically.
• An adjustable vent is provided to ensure proper air circulation.

4.3 Automatic Egg Turning

The incubator features an automatic egg turning mechanism that rotates eggs every 120 minutes for 15 seconds. This prevents the embryo from sticking to the shell membrane and enhances the hatching rate.

Important: Remove the egg turner three days before the expected hatching date to allow chicks to position themselves for hatching.

4.4 Egg Candling

Use the built-in egg candler to observe embryo development. This feature allows you to check the viability of the eggs without disturbing the incubation environment.

4.5 Hatching Diary

An incubation diary is included to help you record hatching dates and monitor the daily growth of the chicks. This clear 360° view allows for easy observation of the hatching process.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

The incubator's structural design allows for easy disassembly and cleaning, which helps protect the unit and ensures reusability.

• Disconnect the incubator from the power supply before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the top cover with a dry cloth and gently scrub the fan with a dry brush.
• Ensure that all electrical components remain dry during cleaning. Do not immerse any electrical components in water.

6. Troubleshooting

• Humidity Fluctuations: If humidity levels are inconsistent, ensure the water bottle is properly attached and filled. Adjust the ventilation switch as needed.
• Temperature Alarms: If the machine temperature is higher or lower than the set value by ±2°C, an alarm will sound. Check the ambient room temperature and ensure the incubator is not in a drafty area.
• Egg Turning Malfunction: If the automatic egg turning mechanism stops working prematurely, ensure the egg turner is correctly installed and the power connection is secure.
