3. Assembly Instructions
Your ANCHEER Hummmer Electric Mountain Bike is 85% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely.
- Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, making sure the disc brake rotor is correctly aligned with the caliper.
- Pedal Installation: Attach the pedals. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise.
- Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post with the saddle into the frame and adjust to a comfortable height. Ensure the minimum insertion mark is not visible.
- Battery Installation: Insert the battery into its designated slot on the frame and lock it securely with the key.
- Final Checks: Double-check all bolts, nuts, and quick releases for tightness. Ensure brakes and gears are functioning properly.

5. Battery Information and Charging
The ANCHEER Hummmer Electric Mountain Bike is equipped with a 48V 10.4Ah (499Wh) battery, offering a range of 25-60 miles per charge depending on usage and terrain.
Charging Procedure:
- Ensure the bike is powered off before charging.
- Locate the charging port on the battery. The battery can be charged while installed on the bike or removed.
- Connect the charger to the charging port, then plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
- The charger indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Charging time is approximately 3-4 hours for a full charge.
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
Note: The battery features overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, and overcurrent protection for enhanced safety and longevity.
6. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off:
- To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the LCD display.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again.
Pedal Assist System (PAS):
- The bike offers 5 levels of pedal assist. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to adjust the PAS level.
- Higher PAS levels provide more motor assistance, making pedaling easier.
Throttle Operation:
- The throttle is located on the handlebar. Twist the throttle to engage the motor without pedaling.
- Caution: Use the throttle responsibly. Always maintain control of the bike.
Cruise Speed Function:
- To activate cruise speed, turn the throttle and hold it at a desired speed for 6-8 seconds. The bike will maintain this speed.
- To deactivate, lightly apply the brakes or twist the throttle again.
Gear Shifting:
- The bike features a 21-speed Shimano gear system. Use the gear shifters on the handlebars to change gears.
- Shift to lower gears for climbing hills and higher gears for flat terrain or downhill riding.

7. Display Functions
The multicolor LCD display provides real-time information about your ride:
- Speed Display: Shows current riding speed (MPH or KM/H).
- Battery Level Display: Indicates remaining battery charge.
- Mileage: Tracks trip distance and total odometer.
- PAS Level: Displays the current pedal assist level (1-5).
- Backlight Screen: Ensures readability in various lighting conditions.
