5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Signal or Intermittent Connection

  • Check Power: Ensure both the transmitter and receiver are properly powered via their USB-C ports. The indicator lights should be on.
  • Verify HDMI Connections: Confirm that the HDMI cables/adapters are securely connected to both the source device and the display device.
  • Select Correct Input: Make sure your display device is set to the correct HDMI input source.
  • Reduce Distance/Obstacles: The maximum transmission range is 98 feet (30 meters) with a clear line of sight. Walls, furniture, and other wireless devices can interfere with the signal. Try moving the devices closer or removing obstructions.
