1. Safety Information
Please read and understand all safety instructions before using the Timber Ridge Collapsible Folding Wagon. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Weight Capacity: The wagon has a recommended daily use weight load of 250 lbs (113 kg) and a maximum limit of 400 lbs (181 kg). Do not exceed these limits.
- Not for Human Transport: This wagon is designed for transporting goods and equipment. It is not intended for carrying people, especially children.
- Secure Loads: Always ensure that items placed in the wagon are securely positioned to prevent shifting or falling during transport.
- Brake Usage: Utilize the wheel brakes when parking the wagon on inclines or uneven surfaces to prevent unintended movement.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup Instructions
The Timber Ridge wagon requires no assembly and can be set up in seconds.
3.1 Unfolding the Wagon
- Place the folded wagon on a flat, stable surface.
- Grasp the top edges of the wagon and pull them apart gently until the wagon begins to expand.
- Push down on the center of the wagon's base until the bottom plate lies flat and the frame is fully extended.
- Insert the provided bottom plate into the base of the wagon for added stability.

3.2 Adjusting Capacity (350L to 200L)
The wagon features an adjustable height design to convert between 350L (extra large) and 200L (normal) capacity.
- For 350L (Larger Capacity): Pull the side support poles upwards until they lock into the top position. This extends the mesh sides, providing additional depth and volume.
- For 200L (Normal Capacity): Press the release buttons on the side support poles and push them downwards until they are fully retracted. This lowers the mesh sides for a more compact carrying space.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting the Handle
The wagon features an adjustable handle for comfortable pulling or pushing.
- To adjust the handle angle, locate the adjustment mechanism near the handle base.
- Press the release button or lever and pivot the handle to your desired height and angle.
- Release the button/lever to lock the handle securely in place. Ensure it is firm before use.

4.2 Using the Wheels and Brakes
The wagon is equipped with 360° swivel front wheels for easy maneuverability and a stable brake structure.
- The front wheels rotate fully, allowing for precise steering in any direction.
- To engage the brakes, press down on the red brake levers located on the front wheels.
- To release the brakes, lift the red brake levers upwards.
- Always engage the brakes when the wagon is stationary, especially on uneven ground or slopes.

4.3 Folding the Wagon for Storage
To fold the wagon for compact storage:
- Remove all contents from the wagon.
- Remove the bottom plate.
- If the side support poles are extended, retract them to the normal capacity position (200L).
- Locate the pull tab or handle in the center of the wagon's base.
- Pull upwards on this tab/handle to collapse the wagon inwards.
- Once fully collapsed, secure it with the integrated strap or place it into the outer bag for transport and storage.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your wagon.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the fabric and frame with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals. Allow to air dry completely before folding or storing.
- Wheel Inspection: Periodically check the wheels for debris, wear, or damage. Clean any obstructions from the wheel mechanisms.
- Frame Inspection: Inspect the metal frame for any signs of bending, cracks, or loose fasteners. Tighten any loose screws if necessary.
- Storage: Store the wagon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Timber Ridge wagon, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
