4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your soldering station:

- Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the AC 110-240V power interface on the rear of the unit. Alternatively, if using DC power, connect a DC 24V 4A power supply (not included) to the DC IN port.
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the rear panel to the 'ON' position. The OLED display will illuminate.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
To power on, press the main power switch on the rear panel. To power off, press the switch again.
5.2 Temperature Control
The OLED display shows the set temperature and the current temperature of the soldering iron tip. Use the rotary encoder knob on the front panel to adjust the desired temperature. Rotate clockwise to increase temperature, counter-clockwise to decrease.
5.3 Menu Navigation
Press the rotary encoder knob to enter the main menu. Rotate the knob to scroll through options and press again to select. The menu includes settings such as:
- Calibration: For fine-tuning temperature accuracy.
- Auto Sleep: Configures the time before the unit enters sleep mode.
- Auto Power Off: Sets the duration before the unit automatically shuts down.
- Boost Duration: Sets how long the temperature boost function lasts.
- Boost Degree: Sets the temperature increase during boost mode.
- Wakeup Method: Defines how the unit exits sleep mode (e.g., raising the handle).
- Buzzer Switch: Toggles audible alerts.
- Battery Guard: (If applicable) Protects battery when using DC power.

6. Maintenance

- Tip Cleaning: Always clean the soldering iron tip with a damp sponge or brass wool before and after use to remove excess solder and oxidation.
- Tinning the Tip: After cleaning, apply a small amount of fresh solder to the tip to prevent oxidation and extend its life.
- Unit Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the station with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse located on the rear panel (refer to Image 4.1). Replace with a fuse of the same rating if necessary.
