2. Safety Information

5. Setup and Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the flashlight.
5.1 USB Charging
- Locate the USB charging port on the flashlight, usually protected by a rubber cover.
- Connect the provided USB cable to the flashlight's input port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The charging indicator light will illuminate (often red or flashing) to show charging is in progress. It typically takes approximately 4 hours for a full charge via USB.

5.2 Solar Charging

- A green indicator light will glow during solar charging.
- Solar charging is slower than USB charging, taking approximately 12 hours of full sun for a complete charge. Partial charges are also effective for maintaining battery life.

6. Operating Instructions
The flashlight features multiple lighting modes for various situations.
6.1 Switching Modes
Press the On/Off and Mode Switch button to cycle through the following modes:
- High Beam: Maximum brightness for the main LED.
- Low Beam: Reduced brightness for the main LED, conserving battery.
- Strobe: Flashing main LED for signaling or disorientation.
- Side Light (COB): Activates the side panel light for area illumination.
- SOS: A specific flashing pattern (Morse code for SOS) for emergency signaling. (Note: Some models may require a long press to activate SOS mode.)
- Off: Turns the flashlight off.

6.2 Power Bank Function
The flashlight can be used to charge other USB-powered devices:
- Open the rubber cover of the USB charging port.
- Connect your device's charging cable to the flashlight's output port.
- The flashlight will begin charging your device. Monitor your device's battery level.
- Disconnect the cable once charging is complete and seal the port cover.

7. Maintenance
