  • Child Safety Lock: Prevents accidental activation of the burners.
  • Hot Surface Indicator: A light warns you when the cooktop surface is hot, even after the burner is turned off.
  • Overheating Protection: Automatically shuts down the cooktop if it detects excessive temperatures.
  • Auto Shut-Down Protection: Enhances safety by automatically turning off burners after a set period of inactivity or if certain conditions are met.
  • Timer Function: A 99-minute timer allows for precise cooking control and can automatically turn off the burner.

3. Installation

The Weceleh Electric Cooktop is designed for built-in installation to create a seamless and tidy kitchen aesthetic. Due to its high voltage requirements and the absence of a pre-installed plug, professional installation by a qualified electrician is mandatory.

The cooktop dimensions are approximately 30 inches (width) x 20 inches (depth) x 2.16 inches (height). The recommended cut-out size for installation is 28 inches (width) x 18.9 inches (depth).

4. Operating Instructions

The cooktop features user-friendly mechanical knob controls for straightforward operation. Each knob corresponds to a specific burner, allowing for precise heat adjustments.

4.1 Power Level Setting

  • To turn on a burner, press the corresponding ON/OFF button. A red indicator light will illuminate.
  • Rotate the knob to select from 11 power levels, ranging from Min to Max (1-10).
  • To turn off, rotate the knob to the OFF position or press the ON/OFF button again.

4.2 Child Lock Function

  • Activate: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash continuously, signifying that the cooktop is locked and cannot be accidentally turned on.
  • Deactivate: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds again. The indicator light will stop flashing, and the cooktop will be ready for use.

4.3 Dual Ring Burner

The dual ring burner offers flexibility for different pot sizes:

  • Inner Ring Only: Turn the knob clockwise to activate only the inner heating element.
  • Both Rings: Turn the knob counter-clockwise to activate both the inner and outer heating elements for larger cookware.

4.4 Warm Zone

The dedicated Warm Zone is designed to keep your food warm without further cooking. This zone does not turn red like the other burners, as it operates at a lower, consistent temperature.

4.5 Quick Boil Element

The Quick Boil element is specifically designed to rapidly heat water for tasks such as boiling pasta or preparing beverages. This burner heats up very quickly.
