1. Introduction

This 12-cup coffee maker features a programmable 24-hour timer, auto-pause function, and a 2-hour keep warm setting, designed to provide fresh and hot coffee conveniently.
2. Important Safety Information
Please read and follow all safety instructions to prevent electric shock, fire, or injury.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

- Do not use a cracked carafe or a carafe having a loose or weakened handle.

4. Setup
4.1 Before First Use:
- Unpack the coffee maker and remove all packaging materials.
- Clean the glass carafe, reusable filter basket, and brew basket with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
- Perform a "cleaning brew" cycle:
- Fill the water tank to the 12-cup mark with clean water.
- Place the empty reusable filter basket into the brew basket.
- Place the empty carafe on the warming plate.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start a brew cycle.
- Once the cycle is complete, discard the water and rinse the carafe.
4.2 Setting the Clock:
To set the current time on the LCD display:
- Plug in the coffee maker. The display will show "12:00 AM".
- Press the HOUR button to set the hour. The time will advance.
- Press the MIN button to set the minutes.
- The clock will automatically set after a few seconds of inactivity.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Brewing Coffee:
- Open the top lid and fill the water tank with fresh, cold water to the desired level using the water level indicator. The front-view window allows easy monitoring.
- Place the reusable filter basket into the brew basket. Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. (Approximately 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup is recommended, adjust to taste).
- Ensure the glass carafe is empty and placed correctly on the warming plate.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start brewing. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The coffee maker features an Auto Pause function, allowing you to temporarily remove the carafe to pour a cup before the brewing cycle is complete. The flow will stop automatically. Return the carafe within 30 seconds to prevent overflow.
- Once brewing is complete, the coffee maker will automatically switch to the Keep Warm mode for 2 hours, indicated by the warming plate. After 2 hours, the appliance will automatically shut off.



5.2 Using the 24-Hour Brew Timer:
You can program the coffee maker to start brewing at a specific time within a 24-hour period.
- Ensure the current time is set correctly (refer to Section 4.2).
- Prepare the coffee maker for brewing as described in steps 1 and 2 of Section 5.1 (water and coffee grounds).
- Press the PROG button. The display will flash "12:00 AM" or the last programmed time.
- Use the HOUR and MIN buttons to set your desired brew time.
- Once the desired time is set, wait a few seconds for the display to stop flashing. The "AUTO" indicator will light up, confirming the program is set.
- The coffee maker will automatically start brewing at the programmed time.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Daily Cleaning:
- Always unplug the coffee maker before cleaning and allow it to cool completely.
- Remove the reusable filter basket and discard any used coffee grounds. Rinse the filter basket and glass carafe with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker, warming plate, and water tank with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Do not immerse the coffee maker unit in water or any other liquid.

6.2 Descaling (Mineral Deposit Removal):
Mineral deposits (calcium) can build up in your coffee maker and affect its performance. Descale your coffee maker every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water.
- Fill the water tank with a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio). For example, 4 cups of vinegar to 8 cups of water.
- Place the empty reusable filter basket into the brew basket and the empty carafe on the warming plate.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start a brew cycle.
- After about 15-20 minutes, turn off the coffee maker and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the vinegar solution to work.
- Turn the coffee maker back on and allow the remaining solution to brew through.
- Discard the vinegar solution and rinse the carafe and filter basket thoroughly.
- Run 2-3 cycles with clean water only to flush out any remaining vinegar taste.
