1. Product Overview
The Kolice Commercial Tabletop Blast Chiller is a versatile refrigeration unit designed for rapid chilling and freezing of various food items. This unit is engineered to quickly reduce the core temperature of hot foods, preserving their quality, nutrition, and extending their storage period. 2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the unit to prevent injury or damage.
- Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.
- Do not block ventilation openings. Maintain adequate clearance around the unit for proper airflow.
- Connect the unit to a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage (110V 60Hz for US plug).
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects inside the unit, as this may damage the stainless steel surfaces.
- Keep hands clear of moving parts, such as fans, during operation.
- In case of malfunction or unusual noise, disconnect the power immediately and contact customer support.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the blast chiller from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Retain packaging materials for future transport or service if necessary.

3.2 Placement
Place the unit on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 97 lbs / 44 kg). Ensure there is adequate ventilation space around the sides and rear of the unit to allow for proper heat dissipation from the compressor and fans. Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
3.3 Initial Preparation
Before first use, clean the interior and exterior of the unit with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. The unit comes with one stainless steel shelf and four trays (Tray size: 12.8''x7''x2.6'', 2.5L/tray). Install the shelf and trays as desired. Ensure the self-closing door operates smoothly and seals properly.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The unit is equipped with an intelligent LED touch control panel for easy operation. The display shows the current temperature, and various icons indicate the operating mode, fan status, and other functions. Buttons are provided for temperature adjustment (Up/Down), setting parameters, power on/off, and defrost.

4.2 Temperature Settings
The temperature range for the unit is -35°C to +20°C (-31°F to +68°F). Use the Up and Down arrows on the control panel to set the desired temperature. The smart AI temperature controller maintains precise temperature control.
4.3 Chilling and Freezing Functions
The unit offers both chilling and freezing capabilities:
- Chilling Function: Reduces the center temperature of hot foods quickly from +90°C to +3°C (+194°F to +37.4°F).
- Freezing Function: Reduces the center temperature of hot foods quickly from +90°C to -18°C (+194°F to -0.4°F). The lowest achievable temperature is -35°C (-31°F).
The 360-degree cooling air convection inside the chest ensures rapid and uniform cooling or freezing.

4.4 Food Placement
Place food items on the provided stainless steel shelf or in the trays. Ensure adequate space between items for optimal air circulation. The unit is suitable for fresh meat, dumplings, cakes, pastry products, seafood, ice cream, frozen food, beef, dough, and sauces.

4.5 Special Functions

5. Maintenance
