  • Assembly: It is recommended that more than two people assemble this gazebo to ensure safety and ease of installation.
  • Weather Conditions: This gazebo is designed for fair weather conditions. Please remove the canopy to prevent damage during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow. The structure is not intended to withstand extreme weather events.
  • Anchoring: Always ensure the gazebo is securely anchored to the ground using the provided stakes or expansion screws. This is crucial for stability, especially on soft or hard surfaces.
  • Fire Safety: Keep all flame and heat sources away from the gazebo fabric. The fabric is not fireproof.
  • Structural Integrity: Regularly inspect all connections and components for tightness and wear. Do not use the gazebo if any part is damaged or compromised.

Setup and Assembly

Before assembly, ensure all parts are present and undamaged. Lay out all components on a clean, flat surface. Two or more people are required for safe and efficient assembly.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and identify them using the parts list provided in your physical manual.
  2. Assemble the Frame: Begin by connecting the main frame components according to the diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.
  3. Attach the Canopy: Carefully place the main canopy fabric over the assembled frame. Ensure it is properly aligned and secured at all attachment points.
  4. Install the Vented Roof: Attach the smaller top canopy (vented roof) to the designated area, ensuring it is centered and secure.
  5. Attach Mesh Sidewalls: Install the mesh netting sidewalls by zipping or tying them to the frame as indicated.
  6. Secure to Ground: Once fully assembled, use the provided ground stakes for soft ground or expansion screws for concrete/hard surfaces to firmly anchor the gazebo. This step is critical for stability.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the canopy and netting with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Seasonal Care: It is highly recommended to remove the canopy and netting during the winter months or periods of prolonged inclement weather (heavy snow, strong winds) to prevent damage and extend the product's lifespan.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically check the steel frame for any signs of rust, bending, or damage. Tighten any loose bolts or connections.
  • Drainage: Ensure the canopy's drain holes remain clear of debris to allow for proper water runoff.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Mesh netting zippers do not close properly.Insufficient slack in the netting or improper alignment during assembly.Ensure the gazebo frame is square and level. Gently adjust the netting to relieve tension. If persistent, check for any fabric obstructions in the zipper path.
Water accumulation on the canopy.Drain holes are blocked or canopy is not taut enough.Clear any debris from the drain holes. Re-tension the canopy fabric to ensure water runs off effectively.
Gazebo unstable in windy conditions.Improper anchoring or extreme wind conditions.Verify that the gazebo is securely anchored with stakes or expansion screws. In strong winds, remove the canopy to prevent damage. Consider additional weights for the legs if needed.
