5. Operating Instructions
The pedometer features three buttons: MODE, SET, and RESET.
5.1 Switching Modes
Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the different tracking displays:
- STEP: Displays the total number of steps taken.
- DIST: Displays the distance traveled (in KM or Miles).
- KCAL: Displays the estimated calories burned.
- TIME: Displays the exercise duration.
5.2 Resetting Data
To clear your current activity data and start a new tracking session:
- Ensure the pedometer is displaying the desired mode (e.g., STEP).
