Troubleshooting
- Device not charging:
- Ensure the charging station is properly plugged into a live power outlet and the blue LED is illuminated.
- Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the device and the charging station.
- Try a different charging cable or port to rule out a faulty cable or port.
- Verify that your device is compatible with the charging station's output specifications.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure you are using the dedicated fast charging ports (20W PD USB-C or 18W QC3.0 USB-A) for compatible devices.
- Check if your device and cable support fast charging protocols (PD or QC).
- Excessive devices connected simultaneously may slightly reduce individual port speeds if total power demand exceeds 120W.
- Charging station feels warm:
- It is normal for the charging station to become warm during operation, especially when charging multiple devices or using fast charging.
- If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and the power cord, and allow it to cool down. Ensure adequate ventilation.
