3.2 Countertop Cutout Dimensions

3.3 Gas Type Conversion (LPG/NG)
The cooktop is preset for Natural Gas (NG). If using Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), conversion is required. The necessary nozzles and regulator are provided in the installation kit. This procedure must be performed by a qualified technician.
- Disconnect the appliance from the gas supply.
- Remove the burners and replace the preset NG nozzles with the provided LPG nozzles.
- Install the appropriate LPG regulator.
- Perform a gas leak test after conversion and before initial use.
Warning: Gas conversion must be performed by a certified professional to prevent gas leaks and ensure safe operation.
3.4 Electrical Connection
The cooktop requires a 110V AC power supply for its pulse ignition system. No battery is required. Ensure the electrical connection is made according to local electrical codes.
4. Operating Instructions
The Deli-mate gas cooktop offers precise control for various cooking needs.
4.1 Ignition and Flame Adjustment
- Ensure the gas supply valve is open.
- Push down and rotate the desired control knob counter-clockwise to the "High" flame setting. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
- Once the burner ignites, continue to hold the knob down for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and activate the flame safety device.
- Release the knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the process.
- Adjust the flame intensity by rotating the knob between "High" and "Low" settings.
- To turn off the burner, rotate the knob clockwise to the "Off" position.
Caution: Do not operate the burner for extended periods without cookware on the grate.
4.2 Burner Usage
- Triple Ring Burner (11262 BTU): Ideal for rapid boiling, stir-frying, and large pots requiring high heat.
- Standard Burner (5972 BTU): Suitable for simmering, melting, and general cooking tasks.
Always match the flame size to the bottom of your cookware to maximize efficiency and prevent heat loss or damage to handles.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Ensure the cooktop is cool before cleaning.
- Remove the cast iron grates and burner caps.
- Wipe the tempered glass surface with a soft cloth and a mild detergent or glass cleaner.

- Clean the burner caps and grates with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before replacing.
