Setup
Charging the Lantern

- Open the rubber cover to expose the Micro USB input port and the USB-A output port.
- Connect the included USB charging cable to the Micro USB input port on the lantern.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into the 120V wall adapter and then into a standard electrical outlet.
- The charge indicator light will illuminate red during charging. It will turn green when the battery is fully charged.
Handle Usage
The lantern features a carabiner-style handle for convenient carrying or hanging. The handle can be opened by pressing down and sideways on the split side to detach it from the hook, allowing for attachment to various objects.
Operating Instructions
Turning On/Off and Adjusting Brightness
The lantern has a rotary dial to control power and brightness settings.
- Rotate the dial clockwise from the 'OFF' position to 'LOW' for a softer illumination (100 lumens).
- Continue rotating the dial clockwise to 'HIGH' for maximum brightness (400 lumens).
- To turn off the lantern, rotate the dial counter-clockwise back to the 'OFF' position.
Charging External Devices
The lantern's built-in USB-A output port allows you to charge other mobile devices.
- Open the rubber cover on the lantern base to access the USB-A output port.
- Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port.
- The lantern will begin charging your device. Note that charging external devices will reduce the lantern's available run time.
