Setup Instructions

The Outsunny Pop Up Canopy Tent is designed for quick and easy setup, ideally with two people. No tools are required for assembly.

1. Step 1: Take it out from the carry bag. Remove the folded canopy frame and fabric from the provided carry bag.
2. Step 2: Unfold the frame. With a person at each end, gently pull the frame outwards to begin unfolding it. Ensure the legs are extending properly.
3. Step 3: Add the canopy and netting. Once the frame is partially extended, drape the canopy fabric over the top. Secure the canopy to the frame according to the attachment points. The netting is integrated into the canopy structure.
4. Step 4: Adjust to a proper height. Fully extend the frame and engage the locking mechanisms on each leg. Press the button on each leg to adjust the height to one of the three available levels. Ensure all legs are set to the same height for stability.
5. Secure the Canopy: Once fully set up, use the provided ground stakes to anchor each leg to the ground. Attach the guy ropes to the designated points on the canopy and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle to provide additional stability against wind.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Height:

To adjust the height of the canopy, locate the adjustment buttons on each leg. Press the button and slide the leg to the desired height setting. Ensure all four legs are adjusted to the same level for stability. There are three height levels available.

Using Screen Walls and Windows:

The canopy features integrated screen walls with six roll-up service windows and a zippered door.

Maintenance

The canopy is designed for sun protection and light rain. It is not intended for use in heavy rain, strong winds, or other severe weather conditions. Always take down the canopy before a major storm. The roof features drainage holes to minimize water weight during light rain, but this does not negate the need to take it down in adverse weather.

Troubleshooting

• Difficulty Unfolding/Folding Frame: Ensure all locking pins are disengaged when folding. When unfolding, ensure the frame is on a flat surface and that two people are pulling evenly from opposite sides. Do not force the frame.
• Canopy Not Fitting Properly: Double-check that the frame is fully extended and locked into place. Ensure the canopy fabric is oriented correctly before attempting to attach it.
• Water Pooling on Roof: While the canopy has drainage holes, excessive water pooling indicates heavy rain. Take down the canopy immediately in such conditions to prevent damage.
• Canopy Instability: Always use all provided ground stakes and guy ropes. Ensure they are securely anchored. In windy conditions, additional weights (not included) may be necessary for extra stability.
