Setup
1. Battery Installation
The digital torque screwdriver requires 2 AAA batteries for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.
- Locate the battery compartment cover, usually at the base of the handle.
- Open the cover and insert 2 AAA batteries, matching the (+) and (-) terminals as indicated.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Attaching Bits and Sockets
The screwdriver features a quick-release design for easy bit and socket changes.

- Select the appropriate screwdriver bit or socket for your task.
- Insert the bit or socket into the 1/4 inch hex drive of the screwdriver. The magnetic feature will help secure it.
- Ensure the bit or socket is fully seated and locked in place before use.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the 'M' button to power on the device. The LCD display will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the 'M' button for a few seconds.
2. Unit Selection
The screwdriver supports four measurement units: Nm, in-lb, ft-lb, and kg-cm.

Press the 'U' button to cycle through the available units until your desired unit is displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Mode Selection (Track & Peak)
The screwdriver offers two primary operating modes: Track mode and Peak mode.

- Track Mode: Displays the real-time torque value as force is applied. This is useful for monitoring torque during the tightening process.
- Peak Mode: Records and displays the maximum torque value achieved during a tightening operation. Up to 500 torque values can be automatically recorded in this mode.
To switch between Track and Peak modes, long press the 'U' button, then press the '∧' or '∨' buttons to select the desired mode.
4. Setting a Target Torque Value (Preset Mode)
The screwdriver allows you to set a target torque value and provides an alert when it is reached.

- Press the 'M' button to enter Preset mode.
- Use the '∧' and '∨' buttons to adjust the target torque value.
- Once the desired value is set, press 'M' again to confirm or wait a few seconds for it to auto-confirm.
- When applying torque, the device will emit a beep and illuminate an LED indicator as you approach and reach the preset value, signaling you to stop applying force to prevent over-torquing.
The screwdriver has 6 preset modes (M1 to M6) for quickly switching between commonly used torque values.
5. Applying Torque
Hold the screwdriver firmly by its non-slip handle. Apply steady, controlled force to the fastener. Observe the LCD display for real-time torque values (Track mode) or wait for the alarm (Preset mode) to indicate the target torque has been reached.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the screwdriver with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the tool in its provided storage case in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Calibration: This digital torque screwdriver includes a calibration certificate. For continued accuracy, periodic re-calibration by a qualified service center is recommended, especially after heavy use or impact.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries promptly when the low battery indicator appears on the display to ensure accurate readings.
