3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. The headset can be charged using the included charging station or directly via the Type-C charging port.

  • Connect the charging station to a power source using the Type-C cable.
  • Place the headset onto the charging station.
  • A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing (Direct to Device)

To connect the headset directly to a Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, laptop):

  • Power on the Bluetooth headset. The LED indicator will flash white and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  • On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  • Select "KH113M" from the list to connect. The LED will turn solid blue when connected.

3.3 Connecting with USB Dongle

For computers without Bluetooth functionality, use the included USB dongle:

  • Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your PC.
  • Power on the Bluetooth headset. The headset and dongle will automatically pair.
  • On your computer's sound settings, select "KH113M" as your output device (speaker) and input device (microphone).

3.4 Dual Device Connection

The headset supports connecting to two devices simultaneously:

  • Pair the headset with the first device as described in section 3.2 or 3.3.
  • Disconnect Bluetooth on the first device. The headset will re-enter pairing mode.
  • Pair the headset with the second device.
  • Reconnect Bluetooth on the first device. The headset will now be connected to both devices.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls Overview

  • Multi-function Button (MFB): Located on the earcup. Used for power, pairing, and call management.
  • Volume +/-: Adjusts volume and can skip tracks.
  • Mute Button: Located on the microphone boom.
  • LED Indicator: Shows status (pairing, connected, charging).
  • Microphone: Adjustable boom microphone.
  • Type-C Charging Port: For direct charging.

4.2 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 3 seconds until the LED flashes.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 5 seconds until the LED turns off.

4.3 Call Management

  • Answer Call: Single click the MFB.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
  • End Call: Single click the MFB during a call.
  • Mute/Unmute Microphone: Single click the dedicated Mute button on the microphone boom during a call. A voice prompt will confirm "Mute on" or "Mute off".

4.4 Voice Assistant (Siri)

To activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri):

  • Press the MFB for 1 second to wake up Siri or other voice assistants.
