Assembly Instructions (Setup)
The MT410 2.0 is a kit that requires full assembly. Follow the detailed, step-by-step instructions provided in the physical manual included with your kit. This section provides a general overview of the assembly process.
- Chassis Assembly: Begin by assembling the 4mm black anodized chassis, attaching the bulkheads and suspension mounts.
- Differential and Drivetrain: Assemble the three fluid-filled differentials and install them into the bulkheads. Connect the hardened steel drivetrain components, including the center driveshafts.
- Suspension: Build and install the 13mm big bore shocks. Attach the suspension arms, hybrid hinge pin blocks, and beefy 4mm 7075 shock towers.
- Steering System: Install the high-torque steering servo (not included) and assemble the steering linkage.
- Motor Mount and Electronics: Mount the CNC 7075 one-piece motor mount. Install your 1/8 scale ESC and motor (not included). Secure the receiver (not included).
- Bumpers and Nerf Bars: Attach the heavy-duty bumpers and nerf bars for protection.
- Wheels and Tires: Mount your chosen wheels and tires (not included) onto the axles.
- Body Preparation: Paint and trim your Lexan monster truck body (not included) according to your preference. Mount it using the provided body mounts.

Operating Your MT410 2.0
Pre-Run Checklist
- Ensure all screws are tightened and components are secure.
- Check battery charge levels for both the vehicle and the transmitter.
- Verify proper steering and throttle response from the transmitter.
- Inspect tires for damage and ensure they are securely mounted.
- Confirm shock oil levels and differential fluid consistency.
Driving Tips
- Start with gentle throttle inputs to get accustomed to the vehicle's power.
- Practice in an open area away from obstacles and people.
- Avoid prolonged full-throttle operation to prevent overheating of electronics.
- Be mindful of battery voltage and stop operation before the battery is fully depleted to prevent damage.
- Always turn on the transmitter first, then the vehicle. Turn off the vehicle first, then the transmitter.
