  • Do not immerse the dispenser in water. It is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes, but not submersion.

Setup

1. Charging the Dispenser

Before first use, fully charge the dispenser.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the dispenser.
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the dispenser and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The battery indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.
  4. Disconnect the cable once fully charged.

2. Filling with Soap

The dispenser is compatible with foaming soap or liquid soap diluted with water.

  1. Twist the top section of the dispenser counter-clockwise to separate it from the transparent soap reservoir.
  2. If using foaming soap, pour it directly into the reservoir.
  3. If using ordinary liquid soap (e.g., hand soap, dish soap, shampoo), dilute it with water at a ratio of 1 part soap to 3-4 parts water. Gently stir to mix, avoiding excessive bubbles.
  4. Do not overfill. Ensure there is some space at the top.
  5. Reattach the top section by aligning and twisting clockwise until secure.

3. Installation

The dispenser can be placed on a countertop or mounted on a wall.

Countertop Placement

Simply place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface near a sink.

Wall Mounting

  1. Clean and dry the desired wall surface thoroughly.
  2. Peel the protective film from the back of the adhesive wall hook.
  3. Press the hook firmly onto the wall, ensuring no air bubbles, and hold for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait at least 24 hours before hanging the dispenser to ensure strong adhesion.
  5. Align the dispenser's back slot with the hook and slide it down to secure.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) on the top of the dispenser for 2-3 seconds to turn it on or off. An indicator light will confirm the status.

2. Adjusting Foam Volume

The dispenser offers 4 levels of foam volume.

  1. With the dispenser powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the foam levels.
  2. The indicator lights on the top panel will illuminate to show the current level (e.g., one light for Level 1, four lights for Level 4).
  3. Select the desired foam volume according to your preference.

3. Dispensing Soap

Place your hand flat under the nozzle. The infrared sensor will detect your hand and automatically dispense the selected amount of foam.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

For the nozzle, if it becomes clogged, gently wipe it with a damp cloth or a small brush.

Refilling

When the soap level is low, follow the "Filling with Soap" instructions in the Setup section.

Battery Care

Recharge the dispenser when the battery indicator shows low power. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting
