Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the thick non-slip mat on a flat, stable surface where you intend to use the elliptical. Position the elliptical machine on top of the mat.

Control Panel Functions

Starting Your Workout

  1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet placed securely on the non-slip pedals.
  2. Press the POWER button on the control panel or remote to turn on the machine.
  3. The display will light up. Press POWER again to start the pedals moving.
  4. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the speed to your desired intensity (1-12 levels).
  5. Press the DIRECTION button to change the pedal rotation direction (forward or backward) as preferred.
  6. Press the FUNCTION button to cycle through the displayed workout metrics.
  7. To stop the workout, press the POWER button. To turn off the machine completely, press and hold the POWER button.

Using Tension Ropes (Optional)

Attach the tension ropes to the designated anchor points on the machine. While pedaling, you can use the ropes for an upper body workout, engaging your arms and shoulders. Ensure a secure grip on the handles of the tension ropes.
