Setup
Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the headphones and to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.
- A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
- A 15-minute quick charge provides up to 8 hours of playback.
- Fully charged headphones offer up to 25 hours of playtime.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headphones are turned off.
- Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select 'MIXX StreamQ C2' from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly.
Connecting via Auxiliary Cable
For wired listening, connect one end of the provided 3.5mm auxiliary cable to the AUX port on the headphones and the other end to your audio device's 3.5mm audio jack. The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode.
Operating Instructions
Basic Controls
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button.
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once.
- Volume Up/Down: Press the Volume + or Volume - buttons.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume + button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button.

- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button.
Voice Assistant
