Recording Features:

  • 4K UHD Video: The dash cam records in 2160P (4K) at 30 frames per second, ensuring clear and detailed footage. It features an f/1.6 large aperture lens and a high-sensitivity CMOS sensor for excellent video quality in various lighting conditions. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology enhances night vision by balancing exposure.

  • Loop Recording: When the storage card is full, the dash cam automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked footage with new content. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention. The included 64GB MicroSD card provides approximately 5 hours of recording, and the system supports up to 256GB cards for extended storage (up to 10 hours).

Regularly formatting the MicroSD card is recommended to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption. You can format the SD card directly through the FITCAMX app settings.

  1. Connect your phone to the dash cam via WiFi.
  2. Open the FITCAMX app.
  3. Navigate to "Camera Settings".
  4. Select "Format SD Card" and confirm the action.

Note: Formatting will erase all data on the SD card. Ensure you have backed up any important footage before proceeding.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your FITCAMX dash cam, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Dash Cam Not Powering On:
    • Ensure the Y-cable is securely connected to both the vehicle's power plug and the rearview mirror's plug.
    • Verify that your vehicle's ignition is on.
  • WiFi Connection Issues:
    • Confirm the dash cam is powered on and its indicator lights are active.
    • Double-check the WiFi password (default is 12345678).
    • Try restarting your phone's WiFi and the FITCAMX app.
    • Ensure your phone is close to the dash cam for a strong signal.
  • Recording Problems (e.g., footage not saving):
    • Format the MicroSD card via the app (see Maintenance section).
    • Ensure the MicroSD card is properly inserted.
    • Check if the SD card is damaged or faulty; try a new, high-quality MicroSD card (Class 10 or higher, up to 256GB).
  • No Parking Mode:
    • The standard FITCAMX HD2-AT100 model does not include parking mode functionality.
    • To enable parking monitoring, an optional fuse box cable accessory is required. Search for ASIN: B09PQ9KDYX to order the fuse box cable.
