1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using this appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.

• Always unplug the steamer from the electrical outlet when not in use, before filling or emptying the water tank, and before cleaning.
• Do not operate the steamer with a damaged cord or plug. If the appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, do not use it.
• Use only distilled or de-mineralized water in the water tank to prevent mineral buildup and prolong the life of the steamer.
• Keep the steam head away from your body and hands during operation. Steam is hot and can cause burns.
• Do not immerse the steamer unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
• Ensure the steamer is placed on a stable, flat surface during use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Never pull the power cord to disconnect from the outlet; instead, grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your garment steamer:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Assemble Support Pole: Insert the adjustable support pole into the designated slot on the main steamer unit. Secure it firmly.
3. Attach Garment Hanger: Place the garment hanger attachment onto the top of the support pole.
4. Fill Water Tank: Remove the 2.4L water tank from the main unit. Open the cap and fill the tank with distilled or de-mineralized water. Do not overfill. Close the cap securely.
5. Insert Water Tank: Place the filled water tank back into its compartment on the main unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
6. Connect Steam Hose: Securely attach the steam hose to the steam outlet on the main unit. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Anthter Garment Steamer is designed for efficient wrinkle removal. Follow these steps for optimal performance:

1. Power On: Plug the steamer into a standard electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn on the unit. The steamer will begin to heat up.
2. Fast Heat-up: The 1500W heating element allows the steamer to heat up in approximately 35 seconds, indicated by a ready light or sound.

3. Steaming Technique: Hang the garment on the provided hanger. Hold the steam head close to the fabric, moving it in an up-and-down motion. For stubborn wrinkles, gently press the steam head against the fabric.

4. Continuous Steaming: The 2.4L water tank provides up to 90 minutes of continuous steaming, allowing you to de-wrinkle multiple garments without frequent refills.

5. Auto-Shut Off: For safety, the steamer features a dual safety protection system that automatically shuts off when the water tank is empty or if the unit overheats. It will automatically reset once cooled or refilled.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your steamer:

• Empty Water Tank: After each use, unplug the steamer and allow it to cool. Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water. This prevents stagnant water and mineral buildup.
• Descaling: If you notice reduced steam output or mineral residue, descale the steamer. Mix a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% distilled water. Fill the water tank with this solution and run the steamer until half the solution is used. Turn off, unplug, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, run the remaining solution through. Finish by running two full tanks of plain distilled water to rinse. Perform this monthly or as needed based on water hardness.
• Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the steamer unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
