Step 4: Attach the Roof
Carefully place the sloped asphalt roof onto the top frame of the enclosure. Secure it using the provided hardware, ensuring it is waterproof and properly aligned to protect against weather elements.
Step 5: Install Sliding Doors

Operating Instructions
Moving the Enclosure
To move the enclosure, unlock the brakes on the two universal wheels. Gently push the enclosure to its desired location. Once positioned, engage the wheel brakes to secure the enclosure in place.
Accessing the Interior
The enclosure features two large lockable doors for human access, allowing you to interact with your cats, provide food and water, or clean the interior. The two small sliding doors are for cat access, enabling them to move between the enclosure and an adjacent space (e.g., a window or pet door).
Utilizing the Levels
Your cat enclosure provides four levels of activity space: a comfortable top condo, two middle platforms for jumping and resting, and a spacious bottom area suitable for feeding, litter boxes, or play.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: The removable PP layer on the bottom facilitates easy cleaning. Regularly wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe cleaner. Ensure the enclosure is dry before allowing pets back inside.
- Roof Care: The asphalt roof is designed to be weatherproof. Periodically inspect it for any damage or wear, especially after heavy rain or strong winds, to ensure continued protection.
- Hardware Check: Regularly check all screws, bolts, and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity.
- Wood Inspection: Inspect the wooden frame for any signs of wear, splintering, or damage. Address any issues promptly to ensure the safety of your pets.
Troubleshooting
- Enclosure feels wobbly: Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened. Verify the enclosure is on a flat, level surface. Engage the brakes on the wheels.
- Difficulty moving the enclosure: Check if the wheel brakes are engaged. Ensure the wheels are clean and free of debris.
- Water leakage from roof: Inspect the asphalt roof for any cracks or damage. Ensure all roof panels are properly aligned and secured.
- Cats not using platforms/condo: Encourage use with treats or favorite toys. Ensure the platforms are stable and comfortable for your cat.
